LG is all set to launch its latest T-shaped futuristic smartphone—Wing. The teaser video of the smartphone was released on YouTube and Facebook on the 2nd of September, and the device will be launched on the 14th of September. The company has partnered with companies such as Rave, Ficto, Tubi, and NAVER to design an advanced handset exploring various technological factors making gadget enthusiasts extremely hyped about their upcoming release, reports Business Insider.

According to Business Insider, President of LG’s Mobile Communications Company, Morris Lee stated, “LG and platform partners realised that it was vitally important to demonstrate to consumers new and differentiated user experiences in the smartphone space”. Lee added to his statement, marking that LG has always been a pioneer in the enveloping form of smartphones and engaging in innovation to disrupt the market.

With high-tech features like a 64-megapixel triple camera, a 6.8-inch main display, and a secondary display of 4-inch, the device is already a sizzling topic amongst the Gen Z tech-lovers.

According to Hindustan Times, worldwide launch of streaming service with the Explorer Project, Ficto would play a key role in pioneering the revenue. Meanwhile, one of the most important ad-supported free streaming services—a company called Tubi—is also reported to be an early partner of the Explorer Project, LG informed. To work on the LG Dual Screen and develop a version of its Whale browser with unique browsing features for Explorer Project devices, South Korean NAVER collaborated with LG, reported Hindustan Times.

According to the reports of XDA developers, the estimated price of the merchandise is anticipated to be Rs. 73,000 approximately. Previously it was estimated to be around Rs. 1,17,000 approximately.

LG has taken a step forward from the regular designs and ideas of smartphones—although flip phones were popular in the past, they lost their charm as the popularity of smartphones rose. This model, however, with a rotating dual-screen is all ready to create a fusion of the older style and latest features and be presented in the sleekest possible way.

The company’s ambition to step into a newer dimension of futuristic devices can be seen through the swivelling model that is stirring sparks amongst the tech fanatics, stepping ahead of time, LG has created a lot of buzz in the tech world.
